A professional and self development virtual 6-week course created for women, coaches and aspiring womb wellness educators to learn how to hold space for other women, seeking a holistic approach to healing their wombs and changing their lifestyles. Our trauma informed training has a foundation of reproductive health and hormone health; specifically womb wellness. Rooted in the fundamentals of yoga this program combines eastern and western medicine for a full holistic experience.
