Pilates-yoga fusion is a great workout to build muscle and stamina, and it teaches focus and relaxation. Class begins with muscle-toning Pilates and ends with yoga, stretching and meditation. The yoga part of the workout offers more stretching and relaxation of muscles, mind and spirit.
