Lesson Info

The Breathing Techniques course introduces the three stages of pranayama breathing, different exercises of pranayama and when to use each one. Please bring a notebook pen, refreshments and a light snack. The course content is as stated above and does match the YA Educational Categories Techniques, Training & Practice (TTP), Teaching Methodology (TM), Anatomy & Physiology (AP), Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle & Ethics (YPLE).
